Yes, they have a social director, and lots of clubs and events.
Any golf?
Latiude Margaritaville doesn't have golf onsite, but you can buy a membership at the Watersound Club watersoundclub.com/Golf/Shark_s_Tooth_Golf_Club_%281%29. Also, Bay Point Golf Club, baypointgolfclub.com/, is about a half hour away. Bay Point is adjacent the Sheraton Panama City Beach.
How many homes?
The initial phase will have about 3,500 homes.
