    That's a good idea about the push-ups.
    On another note, I just enjoy Jas' laugh. I can't imagine there is ever a dull moment with her at home or in the gym.

    Love it, having ladder schemes to make it feel less tedious but keeping you close to failure after each set is a perfect way of going about it!

    I have always thought that dieting is eating only green vegetables and drinking water. *Agoge Diet* proved me wrong. I am eating delicious and nutritionally rich food and still reaching my fitness goals.

    thiz perfect, i went to crossfit from body building, i realized that if you do Body building movements (strict everything) while using the crossfit way of bundling sets you will become a beast!!!

    Agree with the pushups over bench press. I’ve been sticking with a routine of 50 pushups in the morning and 50 at night every day. It’s not too many but enough for a good burn. Noticing my form getting better and chest finally building without much shoulder discomfort.

    Did this today, couldn't do the 20 hspu but did the 10,9,8 etc, version.
    It was an insane pump and great workout. Keep up the great content

    I do bodybuilding but in an athletic manner, emphasis on strength, range of motion, balance. Bodybuilding with the intent to become a better, stronger athlete

    Love the vids! Ever thought of putting upp a playwood board on the wall you do the HSPU on? Protects the brick from the plastic shoes and mainly protect em shoes 👟 😂!

    What type of bands do you use? Do you have a brand you'd recommend? Been wanting to get some to move from bodyweight workouts to some form of resistance in quarantine but am confused by all the options. And thank you for the videos during 2020. Always look forward to them and they always bring some positivity and a smile to my day
