Agree with the pushups over bench press. I’ve been sticking with a routine of 50 pushups in the morning and 50 at night every day. It’s not too many but enough for a good burn. Noticing my form getting better and chest finally building without much shoulder discomfort.
I do bodybuilding but in an athletic manner, emphasis on strength, range of motion, balance. Bodybuilding with the intent to become a better, stronger athlete

What type of bands do you use? Do you have a brand you'd recommend? Been wanting to get some to move from bodyweight workouts to some form of resistance in quarantine but am confused by all the options. And thank you for the videos during 2020. Always look forward to them and they always bring some positivity and a smile to my day

I hurted my knee lately and can´t do anything with legs for at least a month. The video just came at the right time!
