Everyone makes the 737 situation way worse than it actually is. It’s also not the first plane to have a flaw. I think it has to do with everyone being paranoid. I would still fly on a 737 max. Especially a max 10. Sorry if grammar sucks I don’t feel like proofreading

The Mitsubishi Regional Jet is the first *jetliner* designed and produced in Japan, but not the first *airliner.* They had a few turboprop airliners before, most notably the NAMC YS-11, which was very successful in many countries and still has a few active units flying out there. And the A319neo and the A350-1000 are not exactly "from France." Airbus is headquartered in Toulouse, France, but it's not a "French" company - it's owned by a consortium of investors from several European countries. The A319 is actually manufactured in Hamburg, Germany, so it's more of a "German" aircraft than a French one.

Neither Boeing nor Air Bus own these suppliers. You can not say JAS 39 borrows something from Boeing F-18 just because it uses GE F414 engine. Both Boeing and Saab are just GE's customers. Just because they use GE's products, it doesn't mean they own it.

757s with winglets have been around for aprox 10-15 years, A300 fence winglets were much better than the 73/4/5/6 lack of winglets. Go look at some Justplanes Footage from the late 90s/early 2000s and you'll see the only aircraft with winglets are newer 747s, a330s/a320s etc NOT boeing 757/767 aircraft.

The only decent plane Boeing has to offer is the 787 Dreamliner. Otherwise I can see other Airlines canceling orders or stop ordering from Boeing because of Trump. I could see Emirates, Ethad and the middle eastern airlines stop buying from Boeing since those Airlines are pretty much influenced and funded by there respective governments.
