FEMA and BPC is under DHS. A directive issued on 1/1/21 issued authority for them to send any aid needed, to states that request help with any disasters. It bypasses the president and both Chambers need for approval. At this moment, Congress and this new administration seems to have limited power.
I use to work for the Soo Line/Canadian Pacific Railroad at their Bensenville, Illinois yard. About 15 years ago a long train of loaded flat cars came into the yard for a few days that was completely Canadian Armed Forces vehicles from trucks to tanks to APCs. Rumors and conspiracy theories prevailed about "the "Canucks" taking over" to the "United Nations taking over," etc.,. Turns out it was nothing but a movement of the vehicles for desert training of the Canadian military in the southwest United States.
before the buildup for the 1st gulf war, i was in the same exact spot as the camera guy here on the Illinois side going into St Louis Mo. stuck in traffic, i got to see over 150 Abrams tanks pass thru headed east. destination unknown at the time. a sight to behold. i assume they were coming from Ft Hood headed for the east coast to begin shipment overseas.
God bless America 🙏 I love trains had a great uncle who retired from the RR as a little girl in the early 70s I will never forget going inside the red caboose and seeing inside the engine.
Seriously people, calm down. Trains move all over the country with military equipment every day ..the high volume recently is due to troop withdrawal from places we never should have been like seria ..this old outdated equipment will go straight to a bone yard to be refurbished for the national guard or sold to a smaller country in alliance with the USA ..dimexwill get auctioned and some will just sit in the bone yards for the next 20 years ..I am a military contractor for 30 years in shipping logistics ..this has nothing to do with recent events happening in DC or Insurrection..sorry to bust any bubbles but we have to look at things logical and not let our emotions take over ..alot of disinformation going around remember..
It looks like they are getting ready for war. Usually all of that cargo goes wherever in the world it is needed by our troops. Apparently our troops need it here in the US. I have watched the trains with trucks, tanks and, hummers leave out of FT. Bragg. This is not because of that mandate.
Could all these trains with military equipment be coming back from over seas since we have been drawing down our troop levels in the Middle East? I don't know just wondering.
Looks like it's running by Manchester, so I'd say yes. I recall seeing a train full of M109 Paladins, during Obama's 2nd term, and a freight train hauling giant wind turbines. You know those things occupy 2 flat cars?
@@shauntrailskinner9645 I answered your question, then I mentioned a couple of the more interesting things I'd seen. Yes, AmTrak and UP both run on those tracks.

South. They were heading east in the video but once they crossed into Illinois they would turn south on UP's Chester Sub toward Arkansas/Texas/Louisiana.

Good video. The military is always moving things via the railroads
I agree things are about to hit the fan
Thanks!
A train left Bragg yesterday heading towards Atlanta last seen in a yard Acworth Georgia with all engineer equipment.
Saw a CSX leaving for "points south" with some APCs. Maybe a week or two back. From Ft. Bragg.
Material and supplies headed to a prison camp near you.
Yes another today headed south last I heard was in orange tx. With 177 vehicles and backhoes etc on it
They will take out dug-in rouge bases
There is a port in orange.
That’s all going to scott Air Force base for Missouri and Illinois
wouldn't be on those tracks if they were headed to scott..
@Your Momma i lived close to there for 57 yrs, in illinois, traveled into st louis to work for 30+ years, so ya, i know a little about the area
It's not going to Scott, they went south towards Dupo, IL on the UP Chester Sub. Headed down south somewhere towards Arkansas/Texas/Louisiana.
@@BigSkyCurmudgeon Why not? Which other way would they get there?
That's actually southbound I think, looks like he's behind Purina
No worries until we see FEMA and United Nation vehicle on the train

paul m yup here we go again
That's a lot of fuel canisters. Military ought to buy a few tank cars.
I wish this guy could live the camera alone in zoom so can actually see what’s on the train
You can see just fine, stop overreacting. I record how I want, if I could've gotten closer up I wouldn't have moved it around so much.

The train spotted in GA. With 177 vehicles,i believe left FT BRAGG where iam at
I believe the train from Ft. Bragg that went through Georgia was heading to New Orleans.
These troop trains have been seen ubiquitously now for some time coast to coast it would appear that something really big is coming our way!!!
Thanks for video friend

nice!! i may check this location out someday. how busy is it?
Thanks! Pretty busy. Gets UP, BNSF, and AMTK.
There are generators and fuel
Interesting
They going east or west
It's fuel trucks for the largest crematoriums ever seen
Awesome
Thanks!

Yes, Amtrak runs here, and just off-screen to the right they even have a station.

I know Amtrak"s long distance train, *THE TEXAS EAGLE* passes through St Louis from Chicago to Los Angeles. Is this the St Louis area? 😕
That is a literal money train. Military cargo pays huge. Shame it doesn’t have a more appealing backdrop for the video.
Really neat train.
Thanks!
