And sand tornado (hit) must work in all ita heihgt, nor like now, in the ground, and shurikens can not pass throught it.

move the data_win32 folder to the root folder of the game
Put all files in your "data_win32" folder. If you don't have it, create it (in the NUNSC root folder) :)
