What about if the item isn’t detected in your inventory, so the command block runs a command like /say, is that possible?

Yes, this can easily be done with a flip circuit. Essentially you place a Redstone torch connected to the redstone comparator so that whenever the command block detects you having the correct item, the redstone torch won't light up. If you still don't fully understand, let me know and I might make a short on it.

@@EchoEld yea I don’t get it, like I’m trying to have a command block that detects the person not having a specific item in their inventory and then runs a command like /say this person does not have idk a diamond for example in their inventory. Like I did the last command block in your video with the /clear @p and I put allow 0 0 and then put a redstone comparator which works but only if I have the allow item in my inventory, but I want it to detect me from not having it in my inventory, and then runs a command like this person don’t have this item, you know what I mean.
