At 1:36, i might have a theory as to how the omnitrix was over the uniform. I don't think this was a mistake because remember in Ben 10 classic season 3 in the episode 'under wraps' when the team was fighting the mummy, grandpa Max gave all of them a suit called hazmat suits. When Ben put his suit on, the hazmat suit covered his whole body but it went underneath the omnitrix so that Ben could still access it without taking off the suit. So i think that the galactic enforcer suit is similar to the hazmat suit. It doesn't look like it but the hazmat suit and the galactic enforcer suit are both suits worn by galactic heros, the enforcers and the plumbers so it would make sense for the suit to do this with the omnitrix. Again, this is just a theory
