Wife and I have been avid customer of Olight for at least 10 years. We own just about every light Olight has to offer. Can’t say enough great things about Olight product line and Customer Service. The one thing I wish is that they would take care of all of their customers and not just through Facebook. Not everyone has facebook for one reason or another. Still the Wife and I are Olight fans for life! Keep those amazing products coming!!
You don’t need to be on Facebook to get customer service.
@@freemarlochip You sort of do if you want good customer service. The email CS team is often awful.
My comment wasn’t aimed at customer service being better or worse if associated with Facebook. My comment was that if you don’t have a Facebook, you get left out of a lot of their giveaways. Sure you can catch them later on RUclips. But it would be nice if all of their releases and giveaways weren’t offered to just Facebook. Absolutely no knock on their customer service. I think their CS on the website is top notch! And their products just can’t be beat!
I am so happy to hear about Olight’s contribution’s to the Autism community! Learning that my 3 year old son is Autistic and trying to find a community and now know of OAR due to this video. I own a Warrior 3S which I use daily at my job and it is hands down my favorite light I have ever owned and possibly will ever own. I do love the looks and capabilities of the Arkfeld Pro and definitely could be useful at work. Will definitely be ordering an i3T2 when it drops for the Autism Awareness research charity sale!
Thanks for the mention. Things haven't always gone smoothly for Olight this year, but what makes Olight great is how they've been quick to address those issues: Adversity is the real test of a company (or most things).

As far as favorite colorways for this sale, I think my favorite has to be the Arkfeld Pro in Racing Stripes. What an iconic colorway on a fantastic product! The design really fits the flashlight as well. Excited for the sale as well!

Happy 17th anniversary !! Thank you for celebrating autism awareness month. I've been into flashlights around 30 years now and i started buying olights when I seen last year's i5t autism awareness special and seeing how all profits get donated. That really showed me what kind of company olight is having a 14 year old son with autism. Now my olight collection is no joke lol and my son loves his arkfelds. Everyone around me loves there olights awesome products!

My favorite product announced was the Racing Strip Arkfield Pro. I have 3 Arkfields, but no Pro's yet... The racing strips are bright, and bold, and truely make the Arkfield Pro look amazing.

My favorite new product of this event is the striking Autism Awareness light. It will appeal to many. I’m very happy to see more color ways of this small but powerful 10440 light. I hope it raises a huge charity donation.

i love the seeker 4 mini.the uv light is so good and for its size the light is great. Its easily pocketable and the best light is the one you have on you!

I have been a fairly new fan of Olight products mostly the weapon mounted lights!! I have yet to purchase a handheld flashlight. I really do like that Arkfeld Pro with the racing stripes!!!
