SPAM MUSUBI?!? What is this and why is it so good?!

Spam Musubi is a classic Hawaiian snack, and I tried it for the first time. I'm now obsessed with it, and I think you should be also. It's fast, easy, and stupid delicious. Here's how you make it.
Ingredients:
-1 can of spam
-1 cup of sushi rice
-Nori sheets
-2 tbsp mirin
-2 tbsp shoyu sauce
-1 tbsp sugar
-Furikake
Instuctions:
Start by preparing the sushi rice using a 1 to 1 ratio of rice to water. Once cooked, fluff it up and let it cool down a bit.
Slice the spam into 7-8 pieces. Fry them lightly over medium-high heat. Once done, remove the spam from the pan, then deglaze the pan with mirin, shoyu, and sugar, creating a glaze. Put the spam back in the pan and coat it with the glaze. Remove from heat.
Use a musubi mold to shape the rice. Sprinkle furikake over the rice. Place the glazed spam on top of the rice. Wrap the combination in a nori sheet.
