Just wished Kia would offer a full panoramic roof, even if it's just a fixed glass with sunshades. I know, the EV6 is intended to be more driver oriented, but still as a vehicle intended to capture the Model Y potential buyers, it would make better sense.

I have spotted EV6 in Germany and I must say that it looks gorgeous , way better than photos and videos . I am not big fan of EV mobility how ever may consider the new generation of dry battery launching in 2025/2026 for daily computing . Mari very amusing no matter what car she reviews :) thank You
Ioniq 5 still looks more distinctive and futuristic outside but Kia fares pretty well too with its sportier aesthetic. Although EV6 easily trumps Ioniq in terms of its interior design. Looks so much more premium and posh inside. The dual screen implementation also looks sleeker, the materials used seems more upscale and the color combination especially the GT with neon lime accent exude exclusive vibe. BTW, I think this is one of the first Hyundai-Kia car with USB-C port inside, even Ioniq 5 lacking, so that's another win for EV6. Overall, I prefer this over Ioniq 5 anyday. Good job Kia 👏🏼
No rear wiper on the EV6 or the Ioniq 5. Do you not have snow in Korea? Both beautiful cars though. Great video 📹👍🏻 I'm sure the rear view camera is just stuck on the outside. So in winter dirty camera plus snow on the rear window and you can't see anything. How did they get through winter testing 😫
Inoiq for me. It comes down to one thing. Visibility. I don't like the move toward shorter window areas in cars. I like good visibility and a sense of airiness in a car. Some aspects of this interior I like, some aspects of the Ioniq I like. But that sloping roof and short windows, especially in the back, I don't like in the EV6. I also think, in some ways, the Ionic is more modern as this car has more of the latest design trends. The Ioniq is more conservative looking in some ways, but it is also more modern and clean inside and out, in other ways.
The Ioniq5 shows some kind of charm and personality but I agree with Ma Ri, the Kia has really a nice design (both inside and outside). The only thing that does worry me is the size of the rear windows, they look quite small. I'll go for the Kia anyway. 5:23 I guess we all need only the place for one Ma Ri but I think she would be more comfortable on one of the seats :D
My Kia Niro EV driver seats too hard/firm for me... not comfortable.. I had Nissan LEAF, those seats softer and more comfy. Also in "the states" Hyundai Ioniq 5 will get two-years of free charging... Will Kia offer the same?

Not officially announced. But according to Kia, its preliminary development target is upto 316 miles(Long Distance version) of range on a single charge.
Kia is probably going to make a 1 sec car within 5 years ( electric). So a 0-60 won't be the normal standard to measure speed anymore... maybe it'll be 0-100 next.
I don’t care about that. I care about Kia increasing range. I will gladly drive a car that goes 0-60 in 4.5 seconds if it also goes 500 miles before recharging. I would take that trade off in 1 second.
I love Hyundai akes their cars. me, knowing a Kia Soul, i always like the Kia Souls designs. This one's design, is a littler strange. the front looks very good along with the side, but the back is where I felt they did not do so well. however, if the back is design like the for efficiently, and rage, i have no complaints. furthermore, i hope Kia makes a new Kia Soul all electric or K5 all electric. oever, this video is very cool. :D
Can't wait to see the real car in white in Canada. Not a fan of the back tail light shape as it just looks like the big mouth of pacman. The side looks pretty tho, it is clean. Overall, it feels like a crossover with a little bit character.
Both the IONIQ and the EV6 have no rear wiper. A bizarre mistake that has already a proven fail by automotive journalists who couldn't see through the rearview mirror during a rainy day. Weird oversight in such an otherwise excellent car.

who cares about the panorama roof. if it opens it is noisy and when the sun shines it gets hot inside. normal roof is much better. The ev6 seats are not comfortable for my 6.5 ft posture. Ionic 5 it is. (delivery in november)

The front looks so good! But the rear design is so awkwardly shaped it doesn't match the cars body lines at all its really hard to look at.

What do you mean by the base EV6 "currently" doesn't have the sun roof. Hope it gets added on the production version.
We were told that the models we saw are still in production, so there may be changes in the mass produced version!
