For eggs the contain must say pasture raised for it to be where the chicken run around on the own outdoors most of the time they are a bit more expensive but they are really good you can taste the difference. Cage free can mean they are free to move around in a hangar like building cageless but not outdoors often crammed and dirty. Stay away from Smithfield pork of any kind it's horrendous and not what you want to put in your body.
@@KatieMacYT sometimes I feel bad about it because I know that organic is better usually and I feel bad because there are things that my kids and husband like to eat that they will not be eating because we can't afford them

I can't afford to buy organic because I only have 394 a month for food for my family of 5. That is less than 100 dollars a week for food
