I am starting back on weight loss journey. I use the lose it app. It can also track fasting if you fast. I went from fitbit to garmin. Love that they have competitions like fitbit used to. I agree with the portions I used to eat bigger portions but now I do smaller. If you use any canned food read the portion amount on them. Most people eat a whole can when it shouldn't be that amount.

You can make chicken broth with those legs and freeze the broth in freezer bags. I do that and it makes things so much tastier when it’s homemade broth! I follow a recipe from magnolia table ❤

Aldi has their own version of Ezekiel bread. It's in the regular bread section, I just can't remember the name of it currently

Thank god for aldi! The prices have gone up there too of course but nothing compared to my other grocery stores. I thought the egg prices were bad like a month ago but now I can’t even find them some places. Wild!

The hauls I share are now every other week to help challenge my family to use up what we have in our pantry and freezer. A few items are getting close to expiration, so we gotta use 'em before we lose 'em. Great haul! 🙂

Let ur bananas set on counter for couple 2/3 days so they can ripe more then throw them in vegetables drawer in fridge and they will keep this really works

Yes! Almost gold! I have been using them as such! Sparingly!! I love the quest peanut butter cups! So good! I loved honey comb when I was a kid too. Butter is also so expensive! Ugh!

If you like Honeycrisp apples I recommend Cosmic Crisp as well! So juicy!

Depending on what state you live it’s the first of the month. Food stamps checks Ssi checks. I know here in Vermont I stay away from stores the first week of every month 🤪🤪 Way to busy and hectic. My anxiety won’t let me. AND I really don’t want to!!!

Girl I’m 2 weeks into noom and like the first couple days I lost 4 pounds but haven’t lost anymore after that I just seem to be fluctuating between a pound or two up and down idk what I’m doing wrong ? Any help would be lovely
