It's there, but the point made is, from an in-the-moment feminine perspective, there's compassion for both. He makes it clear this is wrong from a justice (masculine) point of view, and that the woman might even agree with it, but there's still compassion. Sort of like when at war, soldiers come across wounded or shipwrecked and adrift enemies... and there's a mixture of compassion and enmity.

I've heard discussions on why women shouldn't be able to vote, and the reason made a lot of sense to me. Before women could vote, only men could vote and the reason was that only men could be drafted into the military, and they'd have to go to war. The thoughts were that women shouldn't be allowed to vote on something that would send only men to war. Women would have no "skin in the game", so to speak. If women were allowed to vote, they would vote for the politicians that they liked, without taking into account those politicians views on war. I've heard women vote for a candidate because they thought he was handsome, which was scary to me.

While I'm sure it is more common for women to vote this way. There are LOTS of men who do the same!
I've met multiple men who voted for women they thought were hot, without knowing ANYTHING about their political views.
There are also men who vote for war mongers because they want war, while knowing they won't be fighting in the war.
Just like politicians push for war while knowing they'll never have to experience it.
In USA nobody will ever be required to go to war because the country is so isolated by oceans and the military is so huge, far beyond necessity.
Therefore it is full of male war mongers, who think weapons and war is incredibly cool, but doesn't want to fight a war.
So just like women, men in USA also knows they won't need to fight. This more or less applies to every NATO country and I doubt taking voting rights from women will reduce warmongering in the west.

This. My wife always complained "you work too much, you don't spend enough time with your family" when I was working up to 14h/day for 6 days/week + did some work on Sunday as well. Then when we moved I reduced my working hours to roughly 10h/day 6 days/week and she agreed to work at a job for 6h/day. Now she constantly tells me how much she hates her job - and I was the person who got her that job and I helped her negotiate her salary to $70k/year from that 30h/week job. She also feels "super stressed" when she's on a call, the whole house has to be quiet, I have to make sure none of the kids bother her etc. and over half the time she's on a call with her boss they (both women) talk about their last trip abroad and similar unrelated shit. Whereas when I'm on a call there's constant noise in the background from the kids and I talk business 95+% of the time. What I do is simply mute the call when I'm not talking and am trying to talk mostly when the background noise level is lower. Sometimes this setup drives me nuts.

They remove noise both for you and the ones you're on call with. It's not perfect, but it work incredibly well.
I was completely taken aback when I got mine. Any full size over the ears headphones currently sold by Bose will do the job.

Is there really a woman out there who would rather you work 32 hours a week instead of 60, because you'd have more family time? It just doesn't seem possible.
My ex-wife would have been happy to injure me on purpose to collect the insurance money. Ask me how I know. If I was sick enough to take a day off, she would hassle me all day until I'd go back to work. Broke my collar bone once, back to work the next day.
This poor girl is starved for human contact and kindness. It moves her so much because it is so rare in her life.

We had two girls and they would test us all the time. My wife had a longer fuse but when the kitchen cabinet doors were slamming shut and the silverware drawer opened I knew the wooden spoon was coming out. They would scatter like frightened quail. It only happened a couple times through the years. My daughters are in their 40's now and my youngest said to me there has to be that little bit of fear, that line you can't cross.

Many women's problem with justice isn't only because they are sometimes too compassionate. If the alleged offense makes them angry, they will punish severely regardless of evidence.
My GF is pursuing a new career at age 35. A apprenticeship. Good for her. As a 45 year old male, im not willing to wait years for her time. Making my way out. She isn't thinking long term or the fact she most likely will not young enough to perform physically when its completed as she has EDS. I contend that when women's emotions override reason and they become irrational -- that's too much emotion. Plus, women would get along better with men (and other women) if they were less emotional. Making mountains out of molehills, jumping to the wrong conclusions, spreading rumors, acting spoiled, being jealous and envious, etc. doesn't benefit anyone.
I really enjoy a woman's emotions when they express them and own them as a mature person instead of blaming "their period" or the man. A significant number of men suffer serious amounts of physical and emotional abuse by a woman acting on her emotions. Almost always, the man has no legal recourse for justice in those abusive relationships. I agree that many women can nurture especially if they are more traditionally feminine. My experience with female teachers was one of a woman's anger and other emotional reactions when I acted as a boy. Even the most nurturing woman tried to create a more feminine boy or man. Most modern women can spot "justice" when the woman is a victim but "blind" and even supportive of injustice against men, ie divorce court, unfaithful wife, quotas, affirmative action and avoiding mandatory military service.
You want a lively discussion about women and emotions in a life or death situation, watch women and men reacting as they watch the same war movies like Saving Private Ryan, Masters of the Air, Lone Survivor. Now imagine female Soldiers in the same sustained combat. With that image in mind ask yourself, since women have access to the benefits and opportunities of a free society, shouldn't they also share equally in the dangerous responsibilities like serving in combat positions in war? Women have had the right to vote in America since 1920 and 1928 in the UK. In America, only men must register for the draft or face a $250,000 fine, imprisonment and a life time ban from government loans and jobs. Over 80% of US Soldiers are male. For 100 years women elected leaders who sent men off to war during the most violent century yet with no fear that they or their daughters would ever be drafted for military service.

Crimes of passion ... are still crimes. A society without justice will fail.
A good team can take on both roles given changing circumstances. If my wife has been dealing with disrespect and poor behavior all day she will lose it at some point. And that is where I, someone with quite an explosive temper, has to take on a complimentary calm role and find some space where I can talk to my kids and tell them it is done. A house where both parents are nothing but flying off the handle at the drop of a hat is a very difficult environment.

As a superior I had the pleasure of being blamed in several instances where I was clearly doing the right thing and reprimanding mistakes of female colleagues, coaching them to solve the problems. They started crying or complaining about my “attitude” and I had to apologize. Men get blamed even when trying to salvage a bad situation caused by women.

I used to work 14 hours a day with only one day off every 2nd week(averaging 91 hours a week) for about 5 years. I absolutely loved it!

It's ok for women to show emotion and be cared for. For men it's an instant turn off and she will never respect him again.I for one find womens emotions endearing as long as its empathetic and not hysterical anger or lashing about something that someone did to her decades ago or something you said once and apologized multiple times. But seeing a women care for someone is probably the closest thing to seeing an angel on earth a human can know.

I remember i got hit by a car one and this random woman far away was screaming in agony, while i didn't even say anything other than a few grunts from the impact. I remember being deeply annoyed by that. I was trying to concentrate on landing and her screaming almost broke my concentration.

Is the difference in these predispositions genetically determined? Or is it created artifically by different social pressures and different upbringings of boys and girls?
Nature vs. nurture is usually not as binary as people think. Many biologist nowadays will tell you that trying to understand how genetics work without having a enviromental context doesnt even make sense.
So its probably influenced by both. We will not get rid of it even in a completely neutral societal context, but that doesnt mean that that context cannot influence the "amplitude" of these features.

I don't care about women's emotional nature when it comes to the Right To Vote. I care about the injustice inherent in men getting the right to vote because we are subject to the draft/conscription, while women got it because they nagged.
