In this day and age it’s hard for a family to get by on a single income. I had a good paying job as did my wife. The last year of work, before I retired I made about 80K. Living in California, that’s not a lot of money. With my wife’s income we were able to go out for meals, travel a bit, have a decent car, buy our house, etc. But it’s not like we had expensive stuff.

The statistics show that only 6 out of 1000 men are open to getting married. Over 50 percent of men don't want any kind of relationship. The top ten percent of men have so many choices of women, they don't want to give up the fun they are having. Those are the only men that women find attractive. Each year, the marriage rate goes down, the birth rate goes down and the single mother rate goes up because less women are staying in the few relationships that do happen. Why would a successful man choose to get into a relationship that he knows will end.
