How pushing yourself forward for urself, by urself to ur goal amongst this world where people make fun of aspirants by just making videos on RUclips condemning the aspirants. Just to let u know in my heart u will forever hold a special place as an aspirant whether u become ias Or not. 🎉

I can understand this situation,wse workout bht acha hota h but time is issue pr ho ske na to atleast 15min yoga krlo or wo b ni kr rhe na to mne ye Kia tha or iska effect bht acha tha u do intermittent fasting of 14hrs And take Good diet ,u will get result in a month
