I enjoy the pace of your videos. The details of mixing, stretching & knotting, and the difference between the simmered vs steamed end product are very, very helpful. I've saved this recipe to try. Thanks!
So glad you are back!!! I've been looking at vegan jerky videos for inspiration to veganize khlea (Moroccan preserved meat), but most videos seem to use mushrooms instead. This is perfect!
Some ingredients i have never heard of, and or are impossible to find in my small town. Please tell me how integral these ingredients are, and if they can be replaced with anything more obtainable. shiitake powder cocoa powder beetroot powder red cooking wine (Easy to find but i would rather not) liquid aminos(This one is a mystery) Can I use my dehydrator instead of the oven? If so at what temperature for how long Dang, I am now so hungry after watching this lol

I’m glad you do. I’ve been told my videos put people to sleep 😅 I’m just trying to be a thorough as possible.
@@yessicainfante831 Maybe the soothing tone of your voice relaxes them.
Will definitely give this a shot. The intermediate steps really say 'trust the process', but the end result looks amazing!
They sure do, but you’re right, the end results are truly mind blowing. I hope you get a chance to make it.
Another great video full of useful techniques. Thanks Yessi!
Hello friend! You are so welcome! I’m glad you find my videos helpful 😊
Wow! This looks amazing! Your techniques are simple and produce a vegan meat full of flavour. Lucky family!
Thanks so much!
Wow you are amazing to have pulled that off . Who would ever want to eat meat again after that ?
I missed you!!!
Thank you! I can’t believe it’s been 10 months since my last video. I’m hoping to do more this year 😊

You'll want to be sure to use vegan Worcestershire sauce, the regular stuff has anchovies in it.

I do have a fried “chicken” recipe. Search my videos 😊
I can’t find the broth base anywhere 😢
I order mine on Amazon.
@@yessicainfante831 their not available on Amazon or anywhere at the moment 😟
TFS how would you proceed if you wanted to just make ‘burgers’ and not jerky? 🤔
You can use this in many dishes after the seitan is cooked. However burger patties are the one thing I have yet to create a recipe for.
Worcestershire sauce is typically not vegan. Just fyi
Just realized you mention that later...
