Chris, I cannot thank you enough for your wonderful review. Your isopods are beautiful! Your reach to the community is cherished. This video is priceless to me. Thank you again.
@@SupremeGecko Yeah, I wasn't sure if bug burger was good or not, but it's nice to get your approval! And yeah, shipping overseas usually cost's you an arm and a tail...
Wow we felt like we were sitting down at the campfire hearing a Christmas story from Saint Nick Biggs….great video dude….you’ve got some seriously pretty bugs sir😀😀
hello! new subscriber :)) I heard about you from Wally's Supreme Gecko. I am enjoying your iso videos - thanks for starting conversations and challenging us to think. I am in US, been wondering about the Komodo CACO2 you use...and the sea earth, is it only available in Canada? Sea earth sound awesome. Perhaps the CACO2 is similar to calcium sand sold by several retailers for desert reptile species? ok thanks, have a great day !
Thank you kindly and welcome. The calcium carbonate would be the same as any of the reptile products sold in the US. Zoomed would be perfect. The Komodo brand is from the UK I believe but was what was available at the time. As for the sea soil this brand is one I’ve used and yes it happens to be made in Canada. However one I like even better is a US product sold by a company called fox farms. It not only has the ocean minerals etc…. But also worm castings and the piece do resistance Bat Guano!!!! An incredible source for the many cave dwelling cubaris species.
Heck yeah Wally is the man and will be ordering a few things from him soon I’ve been following him for couple years now and always enjoy talking and exchanging tips from him. Hopefully be getting some geckos from him soon and definitely getting some of that isopod chow from him to try for sure.
@@Baffi_ Aquarimax pets did a good video on this subject. Using water could increase the volume and possibly the nutrients. They will gladly eat it either way!

The honour is mine to be in such great company
@@themadaquarist Dude!
I just wish I could find this in Norway, or somewhere that could ship to norway :\ The best I can find here is "bug burger"...
@@Moose0fNorway Bug Burger is good...... Just expensive. I checked shipping out of the US as it is very prohibitive from a cost standpoint.

Loved the Scarface reference, lol. Good stuff, as always!
Thanks Dude

You won’t be disappointed
I like that you don’t have to mix it with water like repashy
You don’t have to mix repashy with water either for pods, they will gladly eat it dry
@@themadaquarist good to know 👍

Loved the video! Can't wait to try this food out next! Thanks!
It really is a game changer
Dang my guy awesome video truly another great content creator 👏 👌 🙌 👍 🙏
I’m honoured my friend thank you
Will the springtails eat it also ?
Very cool video and the colors are amazing.
Thank tou
I use brine shrimp for turtles and bee pollen.
I have those as well, bee pollen is excellent
My isopods love grapes so much they won’t eat anything else I give them 🥲
I’ve never tried grapes but I definitely shall.
@@themadaquarist :O
Oh my cheese thank you for replying! And if you try grapes try ones that are going bad mine eat those
Amazing Video Man
Thanks Dude
Stellar review! I love all your isopods but I still can’t bring myself to own them. Lol
Thank you kindly Renee
@@themadaquarist Now if you only owned snails and could do a review for me. Lol. Got any friends who own snails? 😬
I must try this.
I hope you like
Wont it become mold if the feed put on the moist substrate?
One would think yes but it disappears long before it would have a chance. In the event it did the springtails would handily take care of it
Hi with the moisture would that cause molds?
Too high moisture content yes can create molds. Springtails added to the culture can help keep
Them in check
Wally has awesome products
100% a solid awesome dude
Was that a completely white hoffmanseggi?
At the end...
Yes, my culture throws solid whites. I shall be setting them up and trying to isolate the trait once I have large enough numbers
Theirs probably more in this older video.

Supreme Gecko Iso Food is iso crack lol
Agree 100%
really should put links in the description so we can go find the product your trying to sell really easy.
it is written in the description supremegecko.com as well as said in the video
Great info Biggsy!!!
Bringing the word to the people lol
Could you potentially use these as their single source of food of you wanted?
What would you keep them in? All the components of the forest floor provide more than just their nutrition. As supplementary foods yes 100% you could
Great video. Love Wally. I make my own mix that I got from bug realms
Thank you for watching
Bug realms? Is that a website?
Incredible, do you think it’d be worth mixing a little bit into the substrate for a new culture?
I do not see any real value in doing that. Truthfully a well built substrate should provide the bulk of their nutritional needs
I have pacman food by zoomed, it will works to my isopod? 😅
Yes no issues
Would powdered baby milk work
I’d try it… I’d worry most about quick spoilage
Nice isopods
Once I put in a baby carrot for my Isopods and I just got them so there were only four isopods, two minutes later the carrot was gone…
Canada woooooooooooooooo
Thank you
I fed mine fish pellets
That works
Go Big or go home Mr Biggs 🙂👊👍🇦🇺
Was any other way even an option?
