Once again Kevin you never disappoint! You cover all the bases, photography, music, history all tied up in one thoughtful and complete tidy package! Keep on rockin it! 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
Looks like Wilfred Sykes is in winter lay up also. Great video as always. Don't you just hate that when flying your drone and something throws you a curve ball. Puckerage. Have a great day.
A few other keen watchers brought that to my attention too. A verbal slip that in my haste to edit the video I didn't catch. Funny, I wrote down Interlake in the script, I know it's Interlake (I've been following the lakers since since 1959) and somehow I blurted out Insterstate. It happens. Mea Culpa.
The footers generally need to back-in to their berths. If they come in through the canal (lakeside) bow first, there is no turning basin - the boats are too long to navigate the bay in town. Backing down the bay they can spin around at Cabot's Point (as you will see in my next video on the Walter McCarthy) - where the bay of Green Bay and Sturgeon Bay meet. From there its a "straight shot" into the berths.
This is great, Kevin. Im glad it worked out better for you, and us, than the Joe Block, though I thought those pictures were great. I have a question... has the Mariner been moved into drydock? ✌️🍁
Could you do a video on bay shipbuilding and maybe some history?

Splendid!
Catching up on your videos. Amazing job as always. Footers are always neat to watch. Thanks for sharing.
Great video and commentary!
Great video, and film work.
Another enjoyable video with great views, information and narration. I really love the drone views and am glad your drone came back to you.
More to come!
Amazing video! Thanks. Drones are so fantastic.
Great footage in spite of the cold, cold weather problems. I enjoy the voice-overs as much as the videos
Thanks 👍

First time viewer. Your video quality is great and its seems like you have a great voice and cadence for doing the narration.
Wow, thank you!
Pretty good presentation. INTERLAKE Steamship, though. Weather report was a nice touch.

Well, it is a quality video. I have been showing it off.
Nice meeting you that morning! Taz and Ruger enjoy the videos! 🐕🦺
Thanks, JJ! I'm glad you introduced yourself. It was nice to meet you and your beautiful Black Labs!
Why to they backdown the bay?

I believe it is the Interlake Steamship Company not the Interstate Steamship Company
You are correct! A misspeak on my part. Mea culpa!
Not a problem. I really enjoyed the images and the information. Thank you.

Where is this?
Sturgeon Bay, Wisconsin. Headed into a berth at Fincantieri Bay Shipbuilding Co. for winter lay-up.
