Do you ever have to grease the (I'm not sure what to call it) but it's not the caster bearing. It's where the little armature comes down from the frame and attaches to the caster. It's what allows the caster to turn.
Your chair looks similar to my Aero Z, so I was hoping maybe you'd know. Anyway, my casters will lock up and not want to turn, especially when the humidity is high. They still roll fine, they just don't want to turn left or right.
I've taken the caster off and used marine grease on the shaft to try to keep it from happening, but it only seems to last a month or two before it inevitably ends up happening again. I just feel like maybe I'm doing it the wrong way or something.
I can't find any videos about greasing this particular part, and hoping I can find someone that knows the right, or better way to do it.

Check out this other video and see if you're talking about the fork bearing...ruclips.net/video/mir4fqK_ckQ/видео.html

Might need new bearings. Let me know if that video helps or if you need additional info.
