Pro- Pain are the top dogs of old school hardcore and groove metal. They have a large discography releasing an album every year or every other year for 25 years. You can't really go wrong with any of there 16 albums. Some albums are more groovy and some are in your face hardcore even some thrash. I love seeing you excited you dug the fuck out of it. :) Which you should these guys are legends.
Finally somebody reacts to pro-pain. One of the best hardcore bands out there. They actually came out in the 1980's with a slightly different line up. 2 albums good. But pro-pain is way better. They have like 10 studio albums. All great.
Thank you... thank you.... thank you!!! Finally some love for Pro Pain!! I remember the 1st time listening to these guys in 91'. They have always had that killer groove. If u have to then u gotta listen to their Foul Taste of Freedum album! I know u will enjoy it
The vocalist previous band was 80's legends "The Crumbsuckers" which released two of the best Crossover thrash albums of the 80's ....Life of Dreams, and Beast on My Back. The fact that I was such a huge Crumbsuckers fan is the reason I got into Pro-Pain when they released their first album, because at the time the drummer was also from Crumbsuckers, but he left to join Life Of Agony. Have every Pro-Pain album and I've never been let down. You should also check out the video for Death Wish, beast of a track.
Gary is one of the best music/songwriters around imo. The vast majority of his songs are so well constructed and the interaction of vocals beat, rythym (spelling) lead, drums etc are always a prefect fit. the overall flow is always spot on. you can follow/anaylize, any instruments line though a song and just feel it all. Been a fan since '94. when Gary speaks I listen!
Hey Mr. Criminal love the channel and your reviews, keep up the good work! I'm more of a thrash, groove, power metal type of metal head personally, so I like when you cover more bands like this. Yeah 'Pro-pain' is still doing it after all these years, good track here!
I've love this band for 20 years and they've only gotten better and you can't say that about many bands or people I hope you've listened to more of Gary's shit hes a pretty awesome dude with a great band
I first Pro-Pain when they opened for MOD in Detroit... They completely blew me away. I've been a fan ever since. It was the most violent show I've ever been to.
You should check out Whispered, the song is called Jikininki; They are a Finnish melodic death metal band with Japanese traditional music influences, very technical and very good :) Awesome reactions by the way!
Hey I was watching your video on Amon Amarth's Father of the Wolf video, if you like the cinematic work on that video you gonna love the video for the song Gleipnir from the band Skálmöld. Keep up the good work, I love this channel!
Pro-Pain kills it. I've been a fan since the mid 90's. Saw them one time in Denver, 1998. Had tickets to see them in 2020, but you know how that went. Hoping for a reschedule.

Oh they used to be called the crumb suckers. The singer and one of the guitarist's. Different other guitarist and drummer. But pro-pain is the crumbsuckers matured and perfected. Gary meskil has a bad ass voice and their songs all are heavy but have that hardcore groove. Great band
