    I love to know how to make Maltese stew I am last family members I have one aunt left in Malta she told old now show me . Haven’t been Malta since 1977 ! Thanks all great memories 🇨🇦❤️

    I've been trying to get a recipe for this bread and finally found it thanks Marvin I'm going to make it today as a trial run hope it turns out as well , you've made me hungry and missing Malta again 👍

    Today I tried your way of making bread , and I did the begets , it is the best way, I have tried so many, finally your way of showing how to make the bread is the best thank you glad I came across your recipe, I’m Maltese living in Australia and we love Maltese bread thanks for a clear and simple way to make it

    Marvin these look great but would you please show the inside of the rolls (the crumb) to see the distinctive big holes you get in Maltese bread. 🇬🇧

    Can you please tell me if you put a tray of water in the oven while the bread is cooking like a lot of recipe tell you, the bread you made looks amazing

      Biga keeps forever as long as you feed it regularly. If not pop it in the fridge and when ready to use it feed it and use.

    Hi Marvin! Can you freeze the dough after cutting it in sections and bake on another day?

      Once you put it in the fridge the fermentation pauses so no need to freeze. personally I never did 👍

    I made them but it stayed raw in the middle , what’s the problem. And how do you use the cooker ? Up and down with fan or just down ?

      The biga.. a tiny bit of the dough from the batch of the day before to add extra depth to the flavour :)
