This is REAL BREAD!! I highly recommend this recipe!
Appreciate your clear instructions - made it this week and the taste and texture brought back childhood memories of this type of bread! Wish I had a small wood-fired oven to make it even better.

I am attempting this today for mothers day. My mother is maltese. I made the mother dough yesterday and just made the child dough. Now they proofing for the 2 hours. You say full degrees but has Mark 7 is around 220 degrees c. My oven goes way beyond that. Would 220 be ok?
