Being that this water feature is made using polyresin and relatively light, I would be concerned that a strong wind or gale would dismantle the water feature just as quickly.

they are made of strong resin. Since its not as heavy as a cement fountain, it would be a lot easier to take apart to bring in the pump during the cold freezing Winter months. One company I saw said you can place a cover over it, or take it down and store it. They look a lot easier to clean than cement. I have a cement one for the past 15 years and I have to take a scrub brush, hot water and soap to spend 30 mins of more cleaning it out. 2 of my 3 tiers stone fountain is broken, so want to replace with a resin.
i think its made of fibre glass - mine just received today and will be installing tomorrow - am not a magician, so lets see
