Man casually leg presses half a ton, absolute monster!!!
Leg bends inwards from weight
Dude I literally feel like I would die rather than leg press 100lbs
I saw a video of Eddie hall leg pressing One Tonne
1000lb isnt that impressive, yes most people cant do that. But MOST people dont hit legs. This guy is way under in his legs
@@quintonbaker53 no way you just said that🤣🤣
So fun watching the main character do side quests
362 almost a year of likes no comments 😭

Plastic body had a small chip when ruclips.net/user/postUgkxUHHotQRjIQnfuxEeVotlkHVYWH0DXZoS I opened from box- would have sent back but it works well- using for warming up before exercising from full knee replacement- also use several times during day to keep movement easy. Sturdy, easy to use, easy to assemble (instructions didn’t match but easy to put together). Getting the same movement as the warm up bike at PT. Would suggest to order before surgery so you have it home ready to use when you can!!! Doesn’t take up a lot of space-not heavy so easy to move- not using for arms but I think it would work just as well
Moral of that quick story: That's how Russ said to himself "Ye, I'm doing my own gym so I don't embarrass myself again!"
m.ruclips.net/video/uZdv-TtiMkg/видео.html
Yoo would’ve loved to see your Overhead Press max!
agreed, that would be very interesting. I think 90kg at least
@@jedrzejpacyna9579 he has OHP 225lbs/102.27kg in the past so def more at this point prob
@@jonathanasigri9487 it depends on how serious he trains for vertical pushing strength, but looking at his bench, he could probably do a 270lbs/120kg OHP - if not even more
@@lostorg147 yeah on his IG he has a clip of him doing 225 for 2. That was like 5-6 years ago at the time. So it's probably a lil higher these days
@@jedrzejpacyna9579 90kg is genuinely low for him. I am 89kg and can press 80kg as a grinder, so he has to be able to press 120kg or something like that
In this days episode, Russ shows how he’s an absolute unit and mogs everyone in the gym
More like him flaunting his ego.
@@jaimep3432 flaunting his ego maybe but the lifting form is all solid
Let’s see that 40 time. Really curious to see how that level of strength at that low body weight translates to sprinting.
He would probably tear a hammy
@@jimmybeans5879 I doubt it especially if he warms up properly
Probably doesn’t necessarily translate bc sprinting is a specific skill and something that won’t really be there if you’re not consistently doing cardio
Russ has previous experience in football so I'm sure even though it's been a while he has retained some of the athleticism while getting stronger
Since I'm now weight lifting, idk how I would feel sprinting these days after playing soccer for years growing up.
Go to planet fitness and max out on everything 😂💀
Lol
He listened
Anyone can do that😂
I love this new kind of content and would love to see more as well as a day in the life and OHP max. I've been doing OHP everyday since July and that would be interesting to see what you could do. I do miss the music aspect of your videos though and being put onto new artist and songs. Also that old lady impression was GOLDEN 😭😭😭🤣🤣🤣🤣😭😭
Damn he's so kind, that's so awesome
Wouldve been cool to see more back stuff like seated cable rows or lat pulldowns. Weighted chin ups also to see relative strength
MAXing out HIP THRUST in a commercial gym 😊
That’s crazy how you do all this with proper form, a lot of people I see at the gym just try to lift it one way or another, they don’t do it correctly. But doing it with proper form will help you actually build muscle, so I’m not surprised you’re able to lift a shit ton, nice bro!
Shout out from The Netherlands!! Keep up the great content chief
This guy is good. He smiles a lot.
Dude, you are such a good motivation to keep going
Bro I got 5 plates on each side for 6 reps and felt like a beast and then I watch this u an absolute animal respect
I love how you just make it look so casual...I can't believe people are witnessing you do this and not taking their cell phones out and recording you. I would! Because if I told my friends, they would not believe me.
Feel like they're just following good gym etiquette, no one really wants to film a stranger without permission
love your energy bro, stay cool!
Loved when you said that youll give up on a lift as soon as you compromise your form. Very smart and safe, nice lifts
Leg pressing to “like a Virgin “ lmao 🤣 that’s your commercial gym for ya
Watching this guys videos makes me giddy. love it
When are you coming down to the Rio Grande Valley?! Keep up the good work boss 💪🔥
Yooo I love this shit! I started watching you because this commercial videos your doing is cool asf! And you don’t see that too often😂
Keep it up gym bro💪🏿
Love this series!!
Watching this video literally a year after it was posted!! Great work buddy.. I recently did a 1200 lbs leg press, this seems to be my new goal..
Wtffff
Mad respect for his chain, staying tough when he always bites it😎💪
I love how he is like “I feel big” because when i look at him as he says that I just laugh because of that statement and his size
Great vlog as always thanks bro.
He saw me idea in his question box appreciate this
Dude is like a maxed out character going into the earlier missions

I use my school gym, 5 days a week after classes. A few weeks ago I was doing squats on a Smith Machine. It was a Thursday and I did heavy squatting on Tuesday. My bodyweight is around 150. Bang out 300. Bang out 345. On 390, the third rep, the bar just slips off my back. I roll on my back over the bar and flip over it hitting my head on the way down. It was crazy embarrassing especially with so many people that that day. Now I just make sure I always have a friend spotting.
Don’t worry man you’ll get there eventually, we all have to start somewhere.
Love the commercial gym series !!!!
calf machine, strict press, incline bench, lat raise, front raise, front squat, sumo dl, and single leg squat.
He struggled more putting on his kneepads then leg pressing half a ton
Powerlifting ever fails you, bodybuilding. You're HUGE my brother. Very impressive in all aspects.
not happening, he holds world records.
@@moreasmorebaes9996 Injuries happen. 😉
@@tortillasarenotbiceps7622 well it would make more sense to use peptides and then get on peds than go through natural bodybuilding. But yeah atleast he has a physique if he ever finds powerlifitng boring.
@@moreasmorebaes9996 From someone who's lifted for 45+ years and has run the gamut, it's always feasible that people accomplish certain feats then acquire other itches that need scratching. Look at a guy like Larry Wheels who does multiple things like bodybuilding, powerlifting and now armwrestling. I know for myself I can get bored after a stretch and so always look for other things to do. I've played baseball, hockey, tennis, golf, martial arts, played drums for 20 years and have a book of poetry along with my weight training. Not saying that to brag, but rather to just make the case for diversity. This dude is built like a bodybuilder, so the move wouldn't require much. In any regard, stay safe out there in Plandemicville.
@@tortillasarenotbiceps7622 45+ years? what the fuck you have been lifting for longer than I have lived. Only reasons I have seen powerlifters with insane physiques not compete is because they all say natural bodybuilding is just filled with juicers that pass the test.
Know it’s tacky to some but you should make a vid breaking down finances either from the gym or from the gbt line or even just the sponsorships.
Not tacky, it’s just private. Releasing the finances about his companies doesn’t sound like the greatest idea. Maybe he can show how much some particles stuff costs, but definitely shouldn’t be releasing any important figures. Or maybe I’m overthinking it too much and he doesn’t actually care.
@@kurse4046 you only release finances when your business is public and in the stock exchange
If you just want to learn how much a gym cost or how it works. Just know it's over six figures equipment alone. That's not including plates, color, decal, or shipping and handling. that's why some gyms you'll see just 1-3 treadmills
Nah, that's private. Just know that gym equipment is hella expensive but once you buy everything you're pretty much set to have a lot of income
great content and vibezz
seeing an absolute unit saying, "that's how you do it right?" in a workout is like seeing a pilot saying, "that's how you do it right?" while taking off lmao
Your content keeps trending up my guy 📈📈
Russell you got talent my G
Would love to see a max vert/sprint!
Awesome one Rus!
Awesome video man, you give me motivation to keep grinding
It's actually 1378 on that leg press the carriage also weighs 118 pounds roughly
Love the content switcharoo👌🏻
You are strong sir
These videos are 🔥
WHAT?? Nuts, Russwole!!!
first time watching your vids just dropped a sub and follow!
Do a full (at 80%) powerlifting meet at a commercial gym
Respect ✊
I get so motivated watching his videos. Now if I could only get off my couch to work out…..
"It's a little harder than I thought"
*Slaps on more plates*
Damn he has worked out a time or 2🇺🇸💪 Impressive human being way to ggo hard work pays off
Hit em’ with the Kodak “I hope so” 😂
Just a unit. Only way to describe him.
Russ really enjoying the maxing out in a commercial gym.
Bro is just having fun 😂
Literally any content I'll watch, I'd like to see another day of eating though!
Bros a different breed
I died when you dropped the 5 plate row machine
we all start somewhere
so this is the beast that maxes out all of the machines
Just found out you do yt. Found you on ig and was wondering how it would look if you went to a commercial gym. Impressive man 🔥🔥
You legend⚡👑👑👑👑
He's a beast
I want to see an updated video at peak time
Yea strict press max would be fantastic
Big whoop! I've seen 60 year old dudes leg press 3 times that! Granted...they just pull the safeties out and then hump the air while their bones support all the weight.
Leg extension max outs are ez but fuck man. Some of the shit you do. I am just in awe
This Guy Is Absolutely Epic. Objectively My Favorite Power Lifter.
Why Do You Type Like You Are Writing A RUclips Thumbnail
@@iconsumechildren9531 At First It Was Comment Bait But Now It's A Genuine Issue
The beast🔥
Overhead press and calf raise next plz
Oh yeah, I remember the rack-attack days!!! Though I remember the leg press taking 11 plates per sleeve for a total of 44x45lbs. Got 5 in the day with a spot standing by. Says to me why are you going so heavy? I said because I want my legs to be big like your..... He laughed said "go lighter and do sets of 50....."
mad respect. that chest press machine has always felt WHACK to me too.
Never knew a person can have so much fun in a gym
You should reverse the rolls one time, so you record a day in the life of doohan lmaooo. LETS SEE RUSS RUN THAT SHIT
This is actually a good ass idea😯
loaded pull ups and dips bro
Lat raises would’ve been cool to see imo
Max out on everything
im buying these shorts right now
Russ destroying everyones PR at the gym 😂😂
you should do BB rows or lay pull downs really curious how powerlifting training translates to back strength
Bruh the Kodak “I hope so” killed me 😂😂
good shit orhii
That duffel goes hard
Great contet
would have liked to see max on these machines: Leg Curl, Shoulder Press, Cable Row, Lat Pull Down, Delt Fly, Hip and Glute, Calf Raises, ab crunch and using a single cable cross over with the rope for tricep pull downs.
Youll just do pull ups if you max out lat pulldowns lol
@@DeadpoolPlayz wanna show me the pull up machine at your gym?
Frfr bro I wanted to see those too
Seeing those specific workouts listed would be hella dope
CALF RAISES
Actually good video
Holy fuck you look good 👑
Bro going back to spawn after reaching the max level.
They gotta add color indicators for the cable height adjustment machines when building them.
bruh that story about the bench press is 2 relatable rn. I just dislocated my shoulder with a 22.5 kg dumbbell doing bench lol. none noticed tho.
Should find a way to test out your strongman strength, stones & kegs etc
Yes second this do some strongman workouts
I get out of position i dont do it - subscribed right there
cool idea for a vid bro. u r so strong
I feel bad for his chain. it bitted every time🤣🤣
Kinda wanna see what you could deadlift with a hex bar since everyone says their deadlift goes way up with those. More likely that you just run out of space on the bar tho
