I’ve recently found your channel and I’m enjoying very much. I’m binge watching and so far have not come across your story. Would be nice if y’all would do a sit down and chat, tell us about who you are, where your from, how’d ya meet and when, kids, family, jobs, etc. would love to get to know y’all. These adventures have been amazing.
This breaks my heart. I am a grandmother now but when my siblings and I were little our parents would pack up the Ford Station Wagon, hook the boat up and head to Lake Mead to gather with good friends and their kids and have a blast. They would find the perfect camping island and would head to the Marina every few days to stock up on food and necessities then toodle back to our little island. My dad used to say that if they ever empty the lake there would probably be more than just a couple of bodies hidden in the bottom. We have really good memories of Lake Mead and I am sad to read of its troubles. Thanks for chatting about it.
It breaks my ❤ to see lake mead like this. I lived in Vegas in 1973 ( yes, I'm an old broad). My mom & brother and I used to go to the lake on weekends. Ya had to get there early to get a parking space. It was only a few yards to the water 💧. The harbor was always full of boats & people. We went out on lake mead with some friends with a boat. It was a HUGH LAKE. all kinds of isolated coves and lots of wildlife! Not sure it will ever be that way again. BTW, back when I lived there, the kinda joke was "if you pulled all the bodies outa lake mead and lined them up they'd stretch all the way to New York" 😮 Thank you for share your journey. Love watching your videos, your so much fun!
My husband and I drove to Vegas and went to lake Mead back in the mid 80's just him and I before we had our daughter and saw grand canyon and hoover dam. Real good memories because we lost him 20 yrs ago so that's all I have left is memories. Enjoy y'all's adventures cause you never know. Love from Kansas ❤️💜
Tanya, two words for you. Crock pot. It will change your life, and pulls very few amps. I'm putting a bag of broccoli slaw, and a pork tenderloin ($1.99lb) in my slow cooker tomorrow morning. I'm topping it with 2 tbs hoisin sauce, 2 tbs soy sauce, 2 crushed garlic cloves. Cook on low about 6 hours. Shred the pork. Serve in lettuce cups or low carb tortillas.

I follow a guy who I know has someone do it for his label and even that isn't as good quality as TIUW. I also love watching the dynamics of Tonya and Dave along with their fur babies. Young lady, you ALWAYS make this 71 year old Grandma Smile, while taking me on your adventures, Thanks! One day I hope to own an RV- looked at the 2023 Thor Compass 23TW, kind of pricey for me, and looking at the Thor Freedom Elite 22FEC. Thinking about that overhead bunk the grand kids would love! In the meantime, keeping mobile- Planning on purchasing an Electric adult foldable trike for the summer! With the E trike would come stability and more freedom with longer rides, CAN'T WAIT! Lake Mead is man-made. It was not created from nature. And yes, we need to take care of the planet, which is why there needs to be more pressure placed on China & India to clean up & change some of their practices.

This beautiful precious rock could be as old as 12 million years old friends.. The last time I stayed at Lake Mead (by Government Wash) there was over a 70 mph wind. It tore the awning off my motorhome while it was rolled up on the side of the RV. It even whipped it to the other side and destroyed my living room slide topper too. That's OK though as we bought a new electric awning at Q to replace it. Be safe out there, cause the weather there can change in a heartbeat. To your knowledge, can you still get fresh water and dump at Calleville Bay CG and Las Vegas Bay, CG? There used to be a free fill station by the turnoff on Lake Mead Marina Rd. too. I wonder if it's still open?

I have two kids who are in interracial marriages long term and my interest is looking at similar couples who have made it work. Your content is interesting and provides some great information about the areas you're visiting. I especially loved Salem, Mass since I have a fondness for the occult and spooky stuff. My son and his husband a few months ago did a five-state travel by car which included some of the territories you have mentioned. I enjoy revisiting some of the places you've shown on your videos. Put your windshield into the wind and use stabilizing jacks to reduce the rocking. I'm a sailorI sleep better when it rocking. I dont stay down dirt roads on rainy days. UnlessI can wait for it to dry out completely.
Nice video coverage. Feel badly for Lake Mead shrinking so badly. Years ago it was down 2ft and there was concern. Only worse now. Complex problem but where are the engineers to correct this loss? The last time I stayed at Lake Mead (by Government Wash) there was over a 70 mph wind. It tore the awning off my motorhome while it was rolled up on the side of the RV. It even whipped it to the other side and destroyed my living room slide topper too. That's OK though as we bought a new electric awning at Q to replace it. Be safe out there, cause the weather there can change in a heartbeat. To your knowledge, can you still get fresh water and dump at Calleville Bay CG and Las Vegas Bay, CG? There used to be a free fill station by the turnoff on Lake Mead Marina Rd. too. I wonder if it's still open?

I stumbled up on your videos and love them a few days ago. I am now hookead. I have two kids who are in interracial marriages long term and my interest is looking at similar couples who have made it work. Your content is interesting and provides some great information about the areas you're visiting. I especially loved Salem, Mass since I have a fondness for the occult and spooky stuff. My son and his husband a few months ago did a five-state travel by car which included some of the territories you have mentioned. I enjoy revisiting some of the places you've shown on your videos. Nice video coverage. Feel badly for Lake Mead shrinking so badly. Years ago it was down 2ft and there was concern. Only worse now. Complex problem but where are the engineers to correct this loss?
