    Thanks for this entertaining story! Many potent spices are anti fungal, anti microbial, anti parasitic, or a combination of those 3 things. While we are enjoying our spicy foods, we are also killing bad bugs, bad germs, and bad fungi. YUMMY!😂 It's pretty marvelous, in my opinion! I used to hate most potent spices when I was young, but eventually outgrew much of my dislike. Still don't like unjuns, though.😂

    Vegemite?

    • @CosmicTales7
      @CosmicTales7  2 месяца назад +1

      Vegemite is a popular Australian food spread made from yeast extract, which is a by-product of beer brewing. It's thick, black, and has a strong, savory flavor that's often described as umami.
      Vegemite is typically spread thinly on toast, crackers, or bread, and is often paired with butter, cheese, or avocado. It's a staple in many Australian households and is considered a cultural icon.
      The name "Vegemite" comes from the combination of "vegetable" and "mite," which refers to the small amount of yeast extract used to make the spread.
