Depends on were its made, if the factory is in a country with more capital and better labour rights the process will be more automated and if it is in a poor country were you can pay penies a day then it will take a ton of people

I was expecting this process to inject the rubber, but my understanding is butadiene rubber is not thermoreveresible, it's "thermoset"

Yes it's difficult, we manufacture it daily, yet our European and american customers want us to charge very low price.
