Lol indeed, artists from the Balkans often used samples from famous (western) songs to use in their own. This is a clear example, and Dino Merlin (the singer of Vojnik Sreće) did this quite often.
I personally like "Oja Alija Nisi Vise Glavni" by Baja Mali Knindza as one of the best examples. He basically took the Mortal Kombat tune/theme song and build his own song around it lol.
