    Newport didn't becomea City until 2002. Thr Chartist rebels
    came mainly from the Valleys of Monmouthshire.

    Great video, however - theres never just 2, theres always 3. The 3 things that made the chartists possible were, 1. Education [the seeds of democracy] 2. Perception 3. Being Welsh - though - I can see how the English overlook that factor. But yes, the reason we have democracy is because of the Welsh/Cymry aka the indigenous Britons [not Brit~ish]. Yet, the first and last person to be hung drawn and quartered on this isle was a Welsh man - by the order of an Englishman... and look how much further we have sunk under English rule? #AnnibyniaethRwan
