When I tried this I discovered (in my case at least) that sometimes the little roller wheel had to be rotated upwards, but sometimes downwards. The rule seemed to be 'turn it anticlockwise, if looking directly at the end of the blind'. Hope this makes sense.
no more trying to remove screws and brackets to get rollers off where the blind has been incorrectly installed!!!! disappointed I won't be buying special tools to remove the hard to get at screws though ;-)
