Amazing how it sinks just like the actual ship. It tilts towards the bow. The stern goes up and the propellers are visible out of the water. And after she splits. The stern floats for a shor period then sinks vertically.
🤓☝️ Yes, she tried I am a Titanic enthusiast so ill list some INACCURACIES 1. The break is laready visible and theres no stress enough to break the ship 2. The funnels collapsed 3. The break is 4 sections and atleast at what I believed. 4. There should be no BIG port list in what is shown. 5. The mast should collapse. 6. The port list while the bow is flooding is too much. 7. The angle is too low for any stress to break the ship. 8. The ship should have performed a top-cant. 9. The angle of breaking should have been at 23 degrees. 10. The ship when plunging ehould have reached a 75° angle
I always thought it broke because it was sticking all the way in the air and couldn't support it's own weight. But I noticed a lot of titanic sinking videos show it crack when it's all still mostly in the water
Sorta a public service announcement, I see you are missing a propeller. Seems common with us submersible owners, I am currently trying to complete my own model with spares from other titanic kits. I have found that the Propellers from the 1/720 scale Academy Titanic model fit rather well, they don't seem that expensive on ebay, or maybe like I did, could find an incomplete kit that still has the propellers. 😀
This goes for the lifeboat davits as well. I only have one of the original 4 davits, so the 4 from this academy kit are almost exact in length to the old ones!
@@cowgirlchloe Your lucky to get it for $29 at a gift shop. On Ebay they are about £2000 or something its a complete rip off in my opinion (tip don't sink it too many times because then the paint will come off over time)

The submersible model back at it again. I maintain my stance that, based on everything we know about how the ship went down, it provides a relatively accurate portrayal of the sinking.
I had this awesome submersible model when I was a kid. Used it all the time. Then years later I sold it to buy a new camera for $500. I hope to buy another one someday - when I have the money! ❤️

Sometimes this channel lives rent free in my head. Okay clearly this model splits in the correct location of the bow break, but once again they have rendered a exact simulation of Titanics sinking. Did this model coincidentally sink just like Titanic, with even her stern bobbing listing to port and sinking nearly sideways, or did they manipulate the model to make it 100% accurate to what they apparently ate keenly aware was the actual step by step sinking of Titanic? Also, we can see from this model that Aaron is correct. I said it. Her back was broken upon impact and anything afterward could have ruptured her hull since it was no longer capable of supporting itself. The stern rises and snaps because her spine was already broken.
I wonder where the model went or how far down it went. I'm surprised that you don't recover some wrecks like say the wood one or this one. The cardboard models I understand stand.
