Yeah Bama necro is really amazing and the cost is mad, for 1d you can easily t16 which on this league is extremely cheap, frost blade cheap on the normal league.
@@666222333111 Ronarray made the one I'm using, no spectres or AG. But when do t16 maps are the problem to do for 1div? You have frostblade and LA that are exactly the same, as since 2 seasons t17 are endgame and t16 are more of a tutorial.
PS really saved me. I searched for ssf boss killer and at first tried ice trap and it was just exhausting. Clunky, low-damage-low-survivability and straight up frustrating. Compared to it, power siphon is a god bless
FWIW, chaos innoc doesn't have to be that high end an investment for this build. Balormage did a SSF version of this where he literally went into CI before he finished kitava, and took it I think all the way through getting either 3 or 4 voidstones or something else pretty deep into maps. Pretty sure he was int stacking that whole time too. Obviously that sort of build benefits a lot from more serious investment, but it's not a necessary thing to get going.
One step ahead is nearly mandatory if you want to run valdos. I think the best setup is spell breaker, polymath, one step ahead, but that is assuming you are CI. Swift killer is pretty worthless if you arent charge stacking
I wouldn't call a build that doesn't have recovery and has a somewhat clunky playstyle like locus mines "The build of the league". It's just a build that does a lot of dmg on a budged, while having good clear, but that's where the benefits end.
@@PathofEvening WTF do you mean by tons of defensive layers?? you have 40k ehp in your pob, -60% chaos res, the only defensive layers are spell suppression (not even capped) and not even an impressive amount of evasion? And the only ES recovery is Ghost Dance and 50% chance to recharge ES? You really trying to call a 6-portal defense builds a build with TONS and TONS of defensive layers? Sorry, but not even close to build of the league. PS Trickster is a good racing build and gets off the ground really fast, but it is clunky and annoying to deal with tanky rares because there usually isn't enough defense to stand your ground throwing mines. I played both PS and Hexblast this league and hexblast was waaaaay better
@@raze5346 I’m playing splitting steel trickster, and I’m thinking I clearly suck at the game because, after constantly hearing how OP trickster is, I wasn’t expecting it to feel worse than FB slayer I played in settlers. I haven't played hexblast yet but PS was easy enough to scale into 20m+ dps. Ralakesh is the only real pain point early in terms of gearing. I'm still watching the video but almost nobody has mentioned viridi's and semi-aura stacking so you can pick up blood and sand + arctic armor on top of the usual auras. The extra defensive auras plus frost shield is enough to ignore most incoming damage when needed. 10+ absorption charges + CI makes you immune to pretty much anything but phys. how do you not have to use a mana flask like you do in a in hexblast trickster build?

Good point, you just need to commit on gear to it, but yeah, having played builds that went CI with under 5k ES, they absolutely worked!
What is the blue hand aura in your skill bar?
Automation
are we taking polymath just for 3% per mastery dmg?since recover on kill doesnt work with mines...I wonder if one step ahead is better?
One step ahead is nearly mandatory if you want to run valdos. I think the best setup is spell breaker, polymath, one step ahead, but that is assuming you are CI. Swift killer is pretty worthless if you arent charge stacking
Polymath is just for damage. You can run One Step once your gear is good enough to sacrifice the damage, entirely up to you.
@@PathofEvening one step ahead makes you freeze, chill and temp chains immune, i think its a pretty easy choice over polymath or swift killer.
Single target seems kinda meh compared to hexblast like i find killing anything like rares just pain
At higher investment Hexblast is definitely going to outperform it.
Hmm.. seems like a bit weaker version of Tristack Hexblast Mines. At least on the defensive edge.
Maybe
