Ya I did a price match, I bought it the day before for $650, but got it adjusted for $500. Got a refund of around $162 ($150 + tax). Best Buy is very easy and reliable to get price matches if further discounts happen.
The lock I use is better for stopping and starting. I don’t carry any extra keys with this bike lock. Stopping for food or water is so much easier. I’ll take my chances being Inside a store five minutes. Especially since cameras are pretty much commonplace now.
Thanks for the review. I was checking to see if I should return the bike I just got, but I think I'll stick with what I bought. I just got the Hyper e-ride City ($398 black Friday @ Walmart). I don't have the same range as the SWFT, (I've managed 24, vs SWFT claimed 30) but I got gears, fenders and a rack. 100 years ago, back when I had knees, the SWFT would have been more tempting, but I need my gears... BTW, in FL, that is a legal road vehicle. All bikes are. Some municipalities, like Orlando, can even ticket bikes on the sidewalk, unless it's marked as a bicycle path. Lights are required at night, and helmets at all times if under 16. Despite making bicycles legal road vehicles, Florida has done a very poor job of bicycle infrastructure, like bike paths/lanes, enforcing "safe passing laws", and driver education. As a result Florida kills more bicycles per capita than any other state in the nation. We're #1.. at something. Be careful out there.
Safety first. A large majority of Floridians travel by car so in essence they don’t expect to see bike riders. Thanks for the helpful advice and enjoy your e-bike, sounds like a pretty sick bike. Electric mountain bike!?!? - John
the back wheel has a hub motor, removing it makes the bike like any other bike. as per the actual tread, yes, that can be replaced. to make the bike shorter? I'm going to have to say, no.
@@KillerReviews also i may not understand but the manual says the on off switch to the battery is on the left side of the frame by the charging port but i don’t see anything
Technically it’s single gear? but the motor has three pedal assist settings, configurable up to 9 for more customization, each of which top out at the same max speed. 20 mph.
@@j.ballsdeep420 Thanks, I ended up buying the bike. I love it, it's pretty fast as it comes from the factory so I won't be adding any gears. I highly recommend the bicycle if you are on the fence. It's quite nice and fast!
I don’t know what the BB Total Tech package entails. So far, what I can vouch for is the overall quality of the bike. Having driven it through the rain twice it still works fine. The only problem is the lcd display shows a false battery level. Would highly recommend versus buying a used electric bike.
the only thing I had to put together was the front wheel and the handle bars. But since I've ridden it close to a year now, feel free to ask me whatever comes to mind, pretty confident I can answer any question about the bike.
This video is so well done man you really take time and detail !
On sale for 500 today at Best Buy, I had to check if it was worth it
Seen it too still don’t know lol
It’s worth it the most if you live in a city or metropolitan area and commute for work with it.
I’m making a one month review today on my second channel. It’s going to be about the range of the bike. Check it out tomorrow.

thanks for the review, its on sale today only for $499.. tempting LOL
just got this for christmas😄
Those locks are the easiest to cut with home depot tools.

Great detailed post
Thanks to make a video about it i was thinking to buy for work
Absolutely. My best advice is to buy a lock for it right away. The guys I work with at a restaurant are obsessed with it.
How do yo turn on the headlight

do those handlebars raise?
can you switch the tires out? i’m 5’8 so it’s a little tall for me but i like it and do not want to return it

Could you please go into more detail on the display, you mentioned some functions that are available when pressing top and bottom button.
Soon, I myself am also struggling to understand the different settings?
@@KillerReviews any updates? I mess with the settings but not sure what they do. Now my battery level is not showing.
Great video, well said sir.
Glad you enjoyed it!
Hi, thanks for the video. Do you know if you can replace or easily remove the battery? Thanks
It can be removed and replaced. I will highlight this in an upcoming video on my second channel.
@@KillerReviews Thanks, this is a single speed bike, corred? did you find yourself missing the 21 gear speeds? Thanks again

How’s the bike??? & what kind of range are u getting
Good question. Joy to ride. Stay tuned for a month review on my second channel to find out the range. Bike is still breaking in.
Is this good ebike, want to buy?
as far as durability goes, yes. you can easily get 5, maybe 6,000 miles out of it. as far as practicality, the 220lbs weight limit is low.
Do you recommend purchasing the Total tech Best Buy 24 month coverage for $199.99 ?

65 lbs! Riding uphill with dead battery will be a trip.
im around 5,5 would i be still too short?
yes.
No you should fit well, I'm 5ft 8in and I can lower the sear alot more
Got mines new $299
Would it be bad for someone who is 5” 6’ ?
Yes.
W video
Thanks! Have a great day!
you should get training wheels
I hit 750 miles on it this week. Lol
Another review that reviews nothing. Any competent bicycle mechanic is cringing right now.

Great 👍 thanks!!
There is a Rebate on these bikes with the new Build Back America infrastructure bill.
