Behind The Scenes (BTS) at my Local News Channel *About Me*

Hi guys! I've been wanting to share this with you for a while now! I'm just NOW getting to it!
This was me, JULY 2021, last year at my local news station! they reached out to me for a feature in their kitchen segment! I had doubts of doing it because I'm such an introvert! this was definitely out of my comfort zone. My husband was actually the one that convinced me otherwise. I turn down alot of TV opportunities because it's not really for me. But I want to say....I HAD SO MUCH FUN and it was such an amazing experience!
Hopefully you can hear. It's not the actual broadcast since this was my own camera. But I hope you enjoy and get to learn a little more about myself!

Love your cake and frosting recipes! I used your vanilla cake and buttercream frosting recipes for my daughter's wedding cake; three tiers, two layers each. So far it has turned out great. I'm stacking it at the venue. I also made your chocolate cake with chocolate buttercream frosting with drip sides and rosettes on top for the groom cake. Your simple instructions and great recipes made everything so much easier than expected. Hopefully, the stacking will go as planned! And did I mention the recipes taste amazing!!!
