The fan controller is AWSOME have tons of Aquacomputer hardware and never had any issues, either it is a faulty unit or somthing else is wrong :) plz dont give up on Aquacomputer hardware or software , by far the most advanced and powerfull fan/rbg/all computer controll out there :)
The 3 intake fans are on one channel and the 3 exhaust on another. The pump is on the 3rd. 4th is open. In theory it should work properly but it never has for some reason.
I'd plan something similar but with IO on top, my cat literally kept turning my PC off in my old enthoo chassis. undoubtedly one the most unique builds ive looked at. Would look perfect with matched wooden stereo monitors. those DDR modules are pretty, Im jelly

Awesome build man! I assume you connected all PWM signals from your fans into one plug thats why the quadro cant read it correctly.
