From a scientific stand point, this video is very poor. Will get you and F. She did not mention anything about The RNA Primer. DNA Polymerase can do anything without the RNA Primer.
The title of this video is "The roles of Helicase and DNA Polymerase in DNA Replication" and it pertains ONLY to the core section 2.7 of the IB Biology syllabus which does not require students to know about RNA Primers. These videos are designed to address specific parts of the syllabus and focus only on what students are required to know for that section. Hence the sole focus is, as per the title, only on the roles of Helicase and RNA Polymerase.
Damn, who smelsh? Oh yeah, I farted, and forgetz and, flush! I proved, even more, parallel molecules -- about it mate! Internal medicine-- healer fx u dx!
Best video on DNA replication I've found so far. Very easy to understand with the visuals!
+Alex DP So happy its helpful, thanks for the positive feedback!
Great illustration!! Thanks to this video, I can now understand Okazaki fragments.
