This Adverse possession law is a nonsense. Last year Bangladesh has abolished this Adverse possession . This Adverse possession law should be abolished , it's completely illogical and this law encourage land mafia.

Sir through these essentials of adverse possession, why is supreme court promoting violence? Because now everyone will deliberately commit overt act and then if he is Gunda then he can preclude rightful owner to take any action against him.like lodging FIR u/s (173) of bnssor filling complaint against him before magistrate under section(223) of bnss, Sir please clear my doubt.

It is not about deed or mutation. It is just grabbing adverse possession over 12 years, then law gives right to acquire property to the person, who dispose the real owner, as per sec 27 of Limitation Act.

12 saal tak ek baar case kardo yahi solution hai chup rahoge 12 saal fir koi fayda nahi
12 साल तक वह कंटिन्यू बिना रेंट एग्रीमेंट किए बिना रह रहा है तो . लेकिन वह किराया भी दे रहा है तो क्या होगा ? @@anugupta5918
