- A trip to Srinagar is incomplete without the Snow, the Shikara and the Wazwan. One of the tastiest flavours of Kashmir is the Wazwan Feast. The Gushtaba, Rista, Kebabs, Rogan Josh and many more dishes are just to die for. Honestly, this feast was my main motivation to come to Srinagar. And what a feast it was, I not only ate my heart out but got a close and candid view of the hard work that goes behind making this gigantic banquet.
So next time you are in Srinagar cannot skip a traditional Wazwan Feast.

I have been to Kashmir last September and one of the family friend hosted dinner for us and made all these varieties of food of my whole family. Which was unbelievable. They were so cordial, nice and a great great host. One should and must visit Kashmir.

I haven eaten Kashmiri wazwan in dubai through a kashmiri friend, but the wazwan made during wedding that is altogether next level,every part of goat mutton is cooked separately amazing & very delicious food,dekhte he muhh may pani aagaya.....

Among Delicacies of Kashmir my favorite is Tabak Maaz. But Wazwan is a combination of everything from Rista Gushtaba Kebab tabak maaz n Rogan Josh Waza Kokur (spiced Chicken) rice topped with Dhaniwal gosht. Wazwan is something different n takes a long time to prepare with a outstanding perfect aroma n smell oozing from the platter. Amazing 👌 stuff. That feeling of Kashmiriyat tehzeeb culture tradition n some rich royal Kashmiri feast.

I am from the State, travelled around lot of other states and abroad, nothing can beat wazwan, the way it’s prepared and served with so much of affection, great episode which has brought back lot of old memories.

Methi is made from the stomach of the lamb. Grossly chopped pieces are cooked with bunch of spices on fire.

I remember my first time ordering rista in Delhi, I was quite skeptical when I was told it's one meatball. Thank goodness I didn't order two🤣. It was very rich and filling and undoubtedly yum.

Most important part in this video is Editing perfectly for each item and your words makes Wazwan look more delicious and beautiful although its our most favourite dish in Kashmir and being away from Kashmir and watching your video make me more craving for it.
