I couldn't imagine being the oldest of 4 brothers, creating music with them, watching them all pass away and then performing without them. Courage. Wow!
He has performed this song thousands of times but always manages to make it sound fresh and energetic. Barry Gibb never fails to please the crowd.
The falsetto on this song was originally sung by Maurice. Maurice was singing falsetto before Barry began doing it on subsequent albums. So it was fun to see Barry sing Maurice’s part in this chorus. I think Barry was smiling because he was thinking of Maurice.
Barry recently was honoured at the Kennedy Centre. Pity it didn’t happen when Maurice and Robin were alive. The Bee Gees are amazing. So glad Barry can witness the respect. ❤
Barry will be singing lead til he is 120 years old. This guy is an icon!
It will be a sad day when the day comes that Barry leaves us and there will be no more Bee Gees performing. I hope that day never comes while I'm alive.

Have you already noticed that Barry Gibbs can do the three voices of the band, like this falsetto made by Maurice in the orginal version? He's really a great artist!
CASSILDO SOUZA it was Barry's falsetto in the original recording..but Maurice sang that parts in earlier live version ..
This song was where Barry's iconic falsetto originated. During production of the song, their producer asked him if he can sing higher for the chorus to give it more excitement and Barry said he will try. And try he did. I especially love his scream at the end of the studio version of the song.

I can't imagine the first time he stepped out on stage without his brothers all the years they spent together hit after hit after hit I was more into Jimi Hendrix Led Zeppelin Aerosmith Van Halen Stevie Ray Vaughan Jeff Beck but I look back at these guys phenomenal amazing musicians in my opinion you can put them right with everyone I just mentioned very unique Style like Elvis and The Beatles they will stand the test of time God bless you Barry thank you for the music

To this day it is difficult & heart wrenching for me to hear or watch our Sir Brother Barry Bear sing any of the boys songs, especially when there are other voices singing the vocals that My Precious Mo & Witty Rob held for so long; selfishly I yearn for my Lovey's to be here with me, but I know they are in a far better place now. I adore Bear & I know to perform is still very cathartic & deeply healing for him, especially when he has his son Steph beside him on stage; But man I miss My Darling Andy, Precious Mo, & Witty Rob, more so now after losing our Beautiful, Bright, Beri Bee~ the boys niece. It's so sad. 💔😥😥😥😥
