Hello Foodies...Today I cam up with quick 7 easy Eggless Tutti Frutti Cup Cakes. Just follow the tips and bake the best cupcakes. These Eggless Cup Cakes require fewer ingredients. I gave the exact measurements which yield 6-7 cupcakes. Can double the quantity accordingly and can bake as Cake as well. Check out the Eggless Tutti Frutti Cupcakes Recipe ingredients:
Ingredients In Double the Quantity:
1. Maida/Refined Flour: 1 Cup
2. Sugar: 1/2 Cup
3. Refined Oil: 1/3 cup
4. Baking soda: 1 tsp
5. baking powder: 1 tsp
6. Milk: 1/2 cup
7. Pineapple Essence: 4-5 drops
8. Vanilla Essence: 1 tsp
9. Vinegar: 1.5 tbsps
10. Tutti Frutti: 3 tbsps
11. Curd: 3 tbsps
Baking method:
-Preheat the Oven & bake @ 180 degrees for 25-30mins if the Quantity doubled or Poured in a Cake mold
-In Cooker Preheat the cooker On High Flame for 10 mins and Place the Cups or Cake tin & bake for 35-40mins on Low Flame
Cool Completely and De-mould
