Albert, Cynthia… For me personally, the Mad Max series just isn’t the same unless it’s Mel Gibson in the lead role. He made the role of Max iconic here in Australia & the original movie is a cult classic here. You may have noticed a very heavily made-up Chris Hemsworth @ 1:29??? I’ll check this out 👍😁. @@AlbertandCynthia… If you’ve ever seen the 1979 original, the movie which launched Mel into global stardom, you’ll know exactly what I mean. Imagine the John Wick series if they starred someone other than Keanu Reeves or someone other than Arnold Schwarzenegger playing The Terminator… They just wouldn’t be the same. I feel the same about Mel in the Mad Max series. He MADE the role iconic ☝️😎
