Congrats from me too! Regarding the scrim tape issue at 25:50, Kirk Johnstone provided a tip in one of his videos. He scores the scrim tape on the outside and the inside with a Stanley knife at 12'o'clock, 3'o'clock, 6'o'clock and 9'o'clock. Not 100% sure if it works, I don't do a heap of plastering anymore!
Happy new year fella. I got lucky, was snowing in cranleigh last night, my mum in Earley had rain, then the weather did a switcheroo and all the snow was gone, so a nice drive to Wokingham Road end of Earley today to skim a ceiling. I swear since I’ve moved from Reading I get more worn there than when I lived there. Great vid as always
Well done for managing to PUNCH above Yer weight! ... {And then securing it 😉😂} .... I think Dr Hook has a message for You as well 🤠 ... If You Know! - You Know - Good Luck 👍😎
Haven't watched all the video yet but @ 13.40- Apprentices out there: Should you make a life decision to work with your dad, there will be many times when you get a bollocking which always feels worse coming from your dad than any one else. Write that down!! 🙂🙂
I’ve got a few dj mates, maybe they can come sample it. Didn’t daft punk do something where they used the sound of a chuggy engine and slowed it right down?
As someone who slept through the night of the '87 hurricane only to wake up to a scene of destruction (my dustbin lid had got blown off!), I think I'd be ok having Smurf as a neighbour. Could think of a lot worse!
A load of foam in that hole and along where that new bead is going would hold the board rather than trying long screws mate. Few 8mm holes along the line, then pump a load of foam in, would be solid as a rock
