Maine jo banaye usme ye dala Sabut urad aata. 1000gm Gond. 500gm Badam. 500gm Kaju. 500gm Akhrot. 500gm Khopra 500gm Makhana. 250gm Gud. 1500gm Khaskhas. 100 gm Pipal. 50gm Saunth. 50 gm Kali mirch. 25gm Sudh til tail. 1500gm Note :- mai chahta toh market ka desi ghee le sakta tha par mujhe market ke kisi bhi ghee ke brand ki quality achhi nahi lagti na koi sudhh deta hai isliye maine khud 10 kg til kharid kar apni ankho ke saamne uska tail nikal waya jo lagbhag 4.5kg tha Maine oil cake tail nikalne wale ko de diya isliye usne mujhse iske paise nahi liye Tilli ka tail sardiyo ke hisab se garam rahta hai aur anya tailo se kafi gunkari hai aur kam se kam bajar ke so-cold desi ghee se toh behtar hai Agar kisi ko ghee original kisi gaaye rakhne wale ke paas se milta hai toh koi dikkat nahi hai Apni takat aur jitna aapko pach sake us hisab se khake upar ek gilas dudh pilo kuchh hi dino ke paryog se thakan ,kamjori,jodo ke dard,kamar dard se rahat milne lagegi Parhej:- agar ham isko upyog ke kare toh junk food,oily food , masaledar bhojan,khatai aur jyada chai coffee ke sevan karne se bache tab iska labh aapko bharpur milega
