On the 25th anniversary year of his film Searching for Tom Curren, Tom sits down with Jamie Brisick to talk about his infamous double-pump bottom turn, music, and releasing himself from the confines of competition after winning back-to-back world titles.

I wish you would talk more about board design which he seems really into. What is he trying to achieve by gluing foam onto the outside of his boards? This is interesting and seems unique to Tom.

This is excellent, you get to hear tom curren relaxed...live and direct, so to speak. I admire how straight and cool he is. I've never seen a clip of TC selling or hustling; can't say that about too many other great surfers, sadly.
