I haven't actually swam laps since swim team in middle school but... I just signed up for the pool at my gym and bought a couple new swimsuits and I can't wait to get back into it :)

About the swim cap thing: I'm a competitive swimmer and have been ever since I was seven. I used to love latex caps. One time I got a silicone cap from swim outlet. I didn't like it at all. But, the silicone caps given to me by my coach for state qualifying, sectionals, etc are different from the one I ordered. But, I don't have much experience ordering silicone caps. Latex caps are also thinner material and seem to stick together more. They also rip more easily.

Oh i love the water sounds during the video! I’m 19 and I can swim but it’s nowhere near competitive or even good (😅🤣) But I will be taking swimming as my PE choice in uni so I wanna learn something new And thanks for the vid, the tips will be very useful for choosing my swimming suit

I have been so inspired of your content that I have been wanting to pick up surfing. I thought well I have to start practicing swimming because I am not a strong swimmer. This motivates me so much, after watching this video, I signed up for a gym pass to use the swimming pool. I went to the gym In my one piece suit but I realized it’s not what all the swimmers were wearing. Seeing and learning what type of suit and gear a swimmer wears for best performance I think maybe it would boost my confidence to be able to try something from this company and understand from a professional why this gear works so well. @bootsandstitches

I don’t live near the ocean but I definitely have saltwater in my veins and I have never tried surfing, but I think it would be absolutely amazing! I love watching your beach girl videos and I find them really inspirational! I wish I lived by the ocean so bad but I am only fourteen so I guess I have time.
