# SECTION 30(UNLIMITED LIABILITY OF PARTNER)
1) As per section 30 of the LLP act 2008 if any of the partners do a fraud with the third party.
2) Then the liability of partners and the liability of a LLP becomes unlimited.it means personal assets of the partners is sold for repaying the debts of fraud amount.
3) But if the partners do fraud with the third party without the knowledge or the authority of LLP then the partner is personally liable for the payment of fraud amount.
4) As well as the fraudulent partner has to repay the fraud amount to the third party.
5) And the fraudulent partner has to pay a penalty of ₹50000 and upto ₹500000. And the imprisonment is also possible for a term and it may extend upto 5 yaers along with other criminal proceedings. (Please rate the answer out of 5)
