buyer:a person who buys or agrees to buy a goods.
seller:seller means a person who sells or agrees to sells a goods.
both seller and buyer are complementary to each other therefore used to represent parties in the contract of sales.
goods:every kind of movable property not include actionable claims and money,but include stocks shares growing crops grass and other things attached to or forming on a land before a contract of sale or agrees to sell.
actionable claims:claims which are enforceable only by an action and suit. debt is not a goods hence it is not a movable property,fixed deposit receipts(fdr)are considered as movable property under the section 176 of the indian contract act 1872.
