Hello, I’ve been watching you for a few months now and managed to pass my test first try yesterday during rain and traffic with only driving lessons from my parents and you😁😁thank you so much
It’s currently midnight and I’m going for my manual driving test at 1:50pm at mirrabooka and you’re videos are really helping me with little things I was unsure of for example what to do when it’s a single lane road with houses around and is 60 but you wouldn’t be able to tell unless you see a sign now I know they’ll cut me some slack if I go 50 I’m really hoping I pass because my instructor is really happy with my driving and so am I just don’t want nerves to get in the way so I’ll reply to this comment after my test to update with the results.
Fellow Perth driver, very experienced. The indicting off on the roundabouts-why are there so many drivers who believe they indicate right instead of left for this? ahah You think they're going to cross your path and turn right, but no, they go straight ahead with the right indicator going.
When it comes to practicing the pda in cannington what is the route they use and is there parrel parking in the test or should i go to kelmscott to do the pda seeming i grew up there and know the area
If you watch videos like these, you’ll definitely pass. I failed my PDA today, even after a year of driving in Perth and nearly 20 years of experience driving in my home country in Eastern Europe. Now I realize that I should have watched RUclips videos about the test before my first attempt. Plus, I wasn’t lucky with the instructor, who didn’t seem to be in a good mood.
Hi My Niece failed her PDA in Midland last week. Points raised by assessor is a Pedestrian stepped out onto road (not a pedestrian crossing), the opposite side to the lane she was driving in, she slowed down, but continued driving as Pedestrian was still within the lane on the opposite side. Niece was informed she should have come to a complete stand still until the pedestrian had crossed the road. Also when she reversed parked in shopping centre car park, she was informed by the assessor when reverse parking, she should have exited the car to check behind the car before she continues reversing, just incase people may be passing by. She was also informed by the assessor when parallel parking she can get out as many times as she wants to check around the vehicle - as it is allowed before she considers herself fully parked and completed the motion. Just interested in your take on this?
@@taniathorne8737 honestly that doesn’t sound right, I’ve never heard of anyone getting out of their car every now and then while parking until theyre happy.. also an assessor wouldn’t give tips and advice during the initial test, after the test they would inform them why they failed, also having a hard time parking isn’t an automatic fail especially if u are able to rectify it max 3 attempts.
@@bellaxx4246 Thanks for your response. The comments were provided at the end of the test. My Niece did resit with Mirrabrooka branch. She did not pass again, but was appreciative with the constructive feedback the assessor gave. It was minor things - but the feedback helped her pass the 3rd time. She did explain to the Mirrabrooka Assessor what she was informed by the Midland Assessor, with regards to getting out of the car to check while reversing, he informed it would be an instant fail, if she stepped out of her car. He was quite taken aback that was even suggested by the assessor. I informed my niece to write in just to make midland branch aware & correct where necessary.
Yo how long has your student been taking driving lessons from you for bc it seem like he a slow learner or something else unless I misunderstood or missed something
Hey! I've my full international driving licence for manual-car(from INDIA) from last 3 years. I'm currently living in Wanneroo, WA. I want to apply for full Australian driving licence for manual cars. So, which PDA test center is the best for easiness? Joondalup or Butler.
To be honest, every centre is the same if you can meet the standard. Of the two, Butler is the preferred place by learner drivers, but as an overseas licence holder, you should be fine if you take professional lessons before your PDA.

I am pleased to hear that, and I congratulate you from the bottom of my heart. Well done, and thanks a million for the feedback.

I am really looking for a driving assessement for a manual car. It would be helpful if you make a vlog on that with Rob or Yourself. Thank you 😀

@mrSvob75A thank you for the advice and I wish you good luck and I hope you will pass next time.
Could you explain in one of your videos what should be distance between your car and the parked cars when overtaking them.?
1.5 from the parked cars in case someone opens their door. Will do, I put the topic on the list. Thank you for the suggestion
