I actually like how Elster's frame is a bit bulkier in this one. In the game she's a bit more slender but I like the representation of different body types.

There’s a little character difference I noticed in my play through once you get past the fakeout ending and you remember Ariane, before that point Elster couldn’t and wouldn’t read certain parts of reports but when you play as Ariane’s Elster for the first time forward you’re able to read just about every document presented to you without an issue for the most part. I love how that was captured in this animation here and I’m gonna go sob now.
Huh, the algorithm is starting to promote this, it should have before too, but It is indeed underrated. I wanted to end this with a "love you", but it doesn't feel quite right, cus idk, just too affectionate? > Love you!

Great animatic and really cute. It made things click for me. A girl who looks just like an unknown war hero joins the military and is paired with a robot with the cloned consciousness of the deceased war hero's lover. In not reading or respecting the documents given, she shows movies, music, art to this robot. They enjoy war movies, specifically. This triggers gestalt memories in the Elster unit. Ariane can't help but fall in love, how could she not? But Elster isn't human, and really, much of what you go through as Elster is Ariane's fault, for not treating the equipment properly. But even though Ariane was irresponsible long before she understood her mission was nearly a fruitless suicide mission, you still can't blame her for falling in love, wanting to share with Elster. We created such humanlike things but in the user manual deny them their humanity. Such cruelty and hubris should lead to downfall. Anyway, love this game and great animatic!
I am gonna be conpletely honest, usually I am harsh on this type of animatic, thinking them low quality fanfiction, but this one hit right where it hurts, and what is art if not that which makes us feel, and feel I did.
