If nothing worked after the first or second night then you know that style or stylist was too tight with it! And hot steam actually increases swelling. Try a warm damp towel and leave it on your head. Then ICE IT . *Nothing should hurt so bad that you need painkillers!* That’s beginning the road to permanent follicle damage. The girl that made this video also got the style too darn right. I can tell by looking at her edges

I don't want to get in the shower cause I was afraid of going to ruin my hair. Since I don't know how to put it up since they all hurt to much. I do not want my hair to be done again. I already went through that hell. And I don't feel like returning back until the next one year. My mom put oil in my hair still didn't work. The lesson is never get braids at least that's what I learned
